Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. However, to maintain fairness and structure: • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson • Lessons canceled with proper notice may be rescheduled based on availability Late cancellations: • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will be considered a missed session • The lesson will not be refunded or rescheduled No-shows: • Missed lessons without notice are non-refundable and non-transferable
